  For starters I would have to give them a big fat zero or not stars in my book. My boyfriend and I went into the store a year ago and pick out a wedding ring that he was going to pay on. They took the ring and put it in the safe and when he went to go pick it up six months ago they had lost the ring. They said that they thought he pick it up. He told them he did not pick it up and had to still make a payment on the ring. They looked into it and said that they must have gave it to someone else and they would reorder it in. He was not happy considering he was going to ask me to married him that weekend. We had this amazing trip planed to hick up to a waterfall and that is were he was going to give me the ring. After we returned we went to the store to see if we could pick up the ring and they tried to tell us that they gave us the money back on the ring. We told them they did not and we wanted them to reorder it in. We fought with the store manager for four months before we go them to realize that they did not give us any money back. After all this they reordered the ring. When he went to pick it up they told him that he need to pay $150.00 more on the ring because the discount that we were given when we purchased the ring was not valid. We payed it only because we were done fighting and just wanted to be married. The sad part in all of this is that I have to walk back into this store every year to get the ring cleaned to keep the warranty on it. Not happy about any of this and will be contacting the main office to complain. Please if you are thinking about buying anything from this company shop around before you give them any of your money. They will rob you blind.
