Everything was handled professionally from purchase (James & Jamie) right through to installation. We feel obligated to give a huge shout-out to Brent & Stephen, our installers. They were pleasant, efficient, and professional. They were respectful of our home and did a fine job. We live in a very remote area so we know what a challenge it is to do work such as this in the Winter. They were troopers and seemed to truly enjoy visiting our home in the forest. Customer service was so outstanding, that Axmen will be our exclusive service provider for all of our rentals from now on.
